If needed, you may return your item (s) by bringing it into our Glen Head atelier or mailing it back with tags intact within 14 days after your purchase. To mail it back, please contact us to receive a printable return label. Upon inspection of the returned garment, if damages such as stains, rips, or scratches are seen, we will not be able to refund your purchase.



EXCHANGES

To exchange an item, you may email B2Bespoke with the item you would like to exchange, and we will email you a printable return shipping label, and it is asked that you ship you item back to us as soon as possible. Once we receive your original item, we will ship your new item to you. The easiest way to contact us if you have any questions, concerns, or comments, is via phone call or on the CONTACT  page of the website.
